The intended group that we train are students who have completed +2/ISC and Graduates. We have tied up with reputed BPO's so that we can place these candidates/applicants. This training is designed using mind-mapping techniques and totally job oriented so that we can deploy our candidates in minimal time and is mapped to the requirement of individual employers in the bpo sector,so that when the trainees come out of the training room they are ready to be deploy - What we mean here is that they are "Sales Ready & Job Ready."
